All payments made to Mammy Nest Global Ltd for programs, events, services, and products are considered confirmation of commitment. We encourage customers to carefully review all details before making any payment.
Refunds are handled fairly, but also with consideration for the nature of our services and digital offerings.
2. Digital Products (E-Store)
Due to the nature of digital content (eBooks, downloadable guides, templates, online resources, recordings, etc.):
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access or download has been granted.
This protects the integrity of our intellectual property.
3. Physical Products (If applicable in the E-Store)
If we sell physical products through the Mammy Nest e-store:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Customer is responsible for return delivery costs (unless the error was ours)
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
4. Events, Programs & Workshops
For paid events, trainings, workshops, conferences, retreats, or mentorship programs:

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event may qualify for a partial refund or credit (depending on the program).

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are not refundable, but may be transferable to another session (where applicable).

No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Each program may also have its own specific refund terms, which will be clearly communicated before registration.
5. Service-Based Offerings
For services such as consultations, coaching sessions, professional support, or customized offerings:

Payments for booked sessions are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

Rescheduling may be allowed with at least 24 hours notice (subject to availability).
6. Incorrect Orders
If you mistakenly purchase the wrong product or input incorrect information (e.g., wrong email for digital delivery), kindly contact us within 24 hours. While refunds are not guaranteed, we may offer support or corrections where possible.
